Men in Kilts

The best part of being a blogger is waking up in the middle of the night with a great story idea and forgetting it the next morning.
I keeeed, I keeeed. Honestly, one of the best things about blogging is I can randomly grab great golfing photos with strangers by using the website as an excuse.

My course is currently OFF LIMITS to the gals for the next three days. It is the annual men's Member-Guest, or as I've been instructed to properly call it, The Invitational. Don't worry, we golfing gals found our way to another course where women were welcome yesterday. We had a grand time even though my "friend" decided we should play the men's tees--more on that later.

As we were picking up our clubs, we saw many of the men gathering for this traditional testosterone-filled tourney. I was a little surprised, but delighted, to find a couple of skirts in the mix. These two new friends decided to bring a little Turnberry to Ohio. One even had on white knee highs and white shoes. Be still my heart!

Yes, but you didn't check to see if they weren't wearing anything under those kilts, did you?

Rest assured that if they are real men in kilts, they will have on the traditional *nothing* under those kilts. Swinging free & easy. Hehehe...

First they take the course, and now our attire. Men.

j/k. I like men who dress "out of the box."

Yes, real men in kilts blow freely in the wind, but in that case, they also carry a knife in one of their socks. One never knows when one will need a knife and no boxers/briefs on the course.

Nice! I see they're sporting the Sport Kilts. We're fans of them too: http://blog.niceballz.com/2009/06/09/want-to-swing-free-kilt-it-up.aspx
